To remove the front bumper on a Vauxhall Vivaro, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the wheel arch liners. These are located behind the front wheels, and are held in place by several fasteners. You will need to remove these in order to access the bumper bolts.
  2. Remove the bumper bolts. There are several bolts that hold the bumper to the frame of the car. These bolts are located at the top and bottom of the bumper, and may be covered by plastic caps. Use a socket wrench to remove these bolts.
  3. Disconnect the fog light wiring. If your Vivaro has fog lights, there will be a wiring harness that connects the lights to the car’s electrical system. Disconnect this harness by pressing the locking tab and pulling the connector apart.
  4. Disconnect the bumper from the car. Once the bumper bolts have been removed and the fog light wiring has been disconnected, you should be able to lift the bumper away from the car. It may be held in place by additional clips or fasteners, so be sure to carefully inspect the bumper as you remove it.
  5. Remove the bumper from the car. Once the bumper is disconnected from the car, you can lift it off and set it aside.
