   @loppar3 its in no way a starter bike… get a monster 600 or 696 for starters

   Still a fuck’n fast bike. Dont forget people the 999s is still very fast. Why even compare 4s with twins it doesn’t make sense

   gorgeous bike, almost bought one 2 days ago but after test driving it then riding the ducati, the inline 4 of the mv agusta just didnt have the soul that the ducati engine had, dont get me wrong the mv is absolutely beautiful machine but i felt like i was riding a regular jap bike

   definately more top end in a 1000 I4 but this bike will keep up with it in and out of corners, and this bike will eat alive a 600 4 cylinder… it has nearly double the torque DUCATI 4e

    $15K plus $3K for the Termignoni pipes, DP ECU and open airbox. Added about 18HP

    pure desmopoweRRR!!!!!!!! i love my “normal” s4 also, but never forget the low rpm power of my previous 900ie i think it will beat the s4, see my movies!!!

    for racing get an 848 or 1198…

    the gear ratio is very short on this bike… its made to make a turn and throw a wheelie on the way out…

    i love this bike!!!!!!!

    i have a Monster S4Rs (MY2006), the first one with 998cc engine…

    A W E S O M E B I K E!!!!!!

    you must be joking right? not bad?? this is the best naked bike ever… its a 999 without side fairings… there isn’t anything out on the market ( v-twin or not ) better than this…

    It has shorter gear ratio’s than the 999 (who uses same 998cc engine)

    in country roads against any 600/1000 jap…bah, all they can do is “eat your dust”.
